Swansea University Kickboxing have won the Sports Club of the Year award for 2016. The club has achieved a lot in the last few years, and to see this acknowledged by the University is amazing.

Zoya: 2 silvers
Kane: 2 silvers
Abdullah: 2 silvers, 1 fight night win, 1 varsity win, 1 varsity loss
Jorge: 1 silver 1 bronze, 1 fight night loss
Viking: 2 bronze, 1 fight night loss, 2 varsity losses
Jag Chadha: 1 bronze, 1 fight night loss
Rebecca Russel: 1 bronze, 1 varsity loss
Federico Geleng: 1 fight night loss
Abdulaziz Al Ansari: 1 fight night loss
Holly Sykes: 1 varsity win
Charlsie: 2 varsity losses
Megan Evans: 1 varsity win
Justin Scott-Morgan: 1 varsity loss
Bundy: 1 varsity loss
The club has raised over £2000 in conjunction with two dragons and saru ju jitsu, in 2 charity head shave events.
As club Captain, I am completely overjoyed to have won the award this year. The club has come a very long way in the 6 years it's been running!
